Our caramel sauces contain simple ingredients without added emulsifyers; it is normal for them to layer out when cold, so warm them up a bit and stir before you make an ice cream sundae or drizzle over fresh pineapple slices.
If you want to get fancy, make crepes, fold them around some vanilla custard or ice cream, add a few slices of banana, peaches or other seasonal fruit, then drizzle with warmed Burnt Caramel Sauce or Salted Whiskey Caramel Sauce.
