You can't have too much fruit or too many berries. We grow nine different berries, currants, apples, plums, table grapes and quince.
Bob carefully tends his fruit trees and berry vines, and uses no pesticides.
He is compulsive about waiting until the right moment of ripeness to pick, since picking too early or late robs the sweet fullness of flavor and aroma of the fruit. This fresh perfection blooms in our jams and jellies!
The original plan to grow only what we could eat morphed into finding tasty ways to save everything we grow for relishing it later...which helped direct this little cottage business.
