One of my favorite accompaniments to Sunday's bacon and eggs breakfast are Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries, which are ridiculously easy...
Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries:
Enough fingerling potatoes, sliced thinly into coins for the number of people on hand to eat them (warning: they eat more than you think they will). Drizzle with olive oil and a light sprinkle of Rosemary Garlic Salt, and toss with your fingers to evenly coat. Bake in a single layer on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees, turning once. They're done when they turn golden brown and start to get crispy, about 20 minutes. I wait to put the eggs on and make the toast until I think they are almost ready.
