People are always asking us what a tayberry is. It is a cultivar of the loganberry that originated near the Tay river in Scotland in 1979; it is a cross between a loganberry and a black raspberry.
We have one customer who has a spoonful of it on top of her daily morning yogurt, and she buys it by the case, to make sure she never runs out!
Our jams are made with our own fruit (picked at ripe perfection), cane sugar and pectin.
