Not in inventory at this time. The 2017 crop of apples has been juiced, fermented, and is in the process of converting to vinegar. Should be ready mid-late winter (Mother Nature takes her own sweet time, but it's worth it!). Send us an email and we will notify you when it's ready.
We press our own apple juice using apples from our orchard, then allow it to go through the fermentation process, all the way to its lovely finish as a natural apple cider vinegar, complete with its own "mother."
You will notice a floaty residue at the bottom of the bottle: this is the live culture, called the mother. This is a normal, positive feature of natural apple cider vinegar, and a signal that all the advantageous probiotics are alive and well!

Sweetlife Farm ACV has a very pleasant flavor, and we use it to make salad dressing and in most recipes calling for vinegar. If you have never tried it, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much more flavorful it is than mass produced pasturized ACV that no longer contains the natural mother.
